I have been using your cookbooks for years and really enjoyed these videos, Martha! They were a wonderful selection. I am going to try the Mexican Rice Bowl with a combination of 1/2 black beans as you described and 1/2 refried black beans. I am anxious to see how this turns out. I have substituted 1/2 refried pinto or 1/2 refried black beans in stew and chili and soup recipes and have always gotten compliments on (and loved) the results. I will let you know how it turns out! Lynn
