What was your inspiration?
Wanted a non-fussy looking and functional bag/purse as a gift for a friend.
The design was by Charlie's Aunt - easy to follow, good service, try it out.
What are you most proud of?
Looks better than in pictures... the suiting plaid is subtle, and the mix tweed is a good contrast.
The colours are not given justice in the pictures.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Try this pattern, neat finish, I substitute velcro for the magnetic snap as a cost savings. Over a few projects its a difference. Check the remnant table, I did and was very pleased.
