Instructions

I just cut out the coffee sack to keep as much print as possible and worked from there.

Difficulty:

Category: Sewing

Type of item: Accessory

For: Women

Style: Mod, Funky, Hipster, Outdoorsy, Whimsical

Materials

burlap coffee sack, cotton fabric, hard plastic slider, large metal ring

What was your inspiration?

Love the coffee sacks and am planning on designing a few more in different shapes and styles.

What are you most proud of?

The extra little details and the extra sewing for more strength.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

I get a little crazy when I start a design, and I would advise someone starting to just go with the flow of how you feel and what you want to put into it. The main thing is having fun. Thank you. :) LB~

Thank you for your comment.:) I too had problems with the needle snagging but I would just keep trying by moving the side wheel by hand until the needle went through. The side with the large ring was actually sewn by hand because it was too thick for my machine. :)
