Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: Vanilla funfetti cake filled with chocolate ganache and frosted in Swiss meringue Buttercream. Covered in Marshmallow fondant. Ombre scallops and all mermaid/sea decorations are gum paste. It was my first time working with gum paste and I'm excited to get more practice! I loved trying out the new techniques of MMF and SMBC.
