What was your inspiration?
I had a request for this hat in a lighter weight yarn.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
This yarn is more of a light worsted / DK weight, so I added a few rows to the headband to make it wider and added a few repeats of the pattern before starting the decreases to make it a bit deeper - the measurements before decrease was approx. 4 in long instead of 3.75 in.
