May Craftsy BOM Table Topper

Learn It

This project was made as part of a Craftsy course:
Craftsy Block of the Month 2012 »

Instructions

The reverse side is a small Hidden Wells quilt - 2 strip sets to test out the pattern. It is reversible, one side for October and Novermber (Halloween, fall and Thanksgiving) and the other side for Christmas through New Years.
There is a new Yahoo Group for Hidden Wells
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/hiddenwells/
and that was my resource for the fall side.

Difficulty:

Category: Quilting

Type of item: Home Decor

For: Home

Style: Cute, Holiday, Casual

Materials

Cotton fabrics, cotton battings, sewing machines, rulers

What was your inspiration?

The Craftsy BOM class. I needed a fairly easy back (although time consuming) and since it was reversible it had to be a bit forgiving on the placement of it, and this seemed to fit the bill. I like my table toppers to do double duty, they have to have a back anyway, they may as well be reversible.

not sure if I posted my final finished snowman block you sent me. I ended up taking out the curved pieces as they took over the block. I will go back and look and if I haven't, I will post it so you can see it. Thanks again for sending me this panel. I love it.

How clever. So smart of you to think of the two sides.

I don't see anywhere to edit this, and I wanted to add that this is about 35 by 35 inches.

I know I'm a little slow - but if you still were serious about the panel, I would love to have one. Email me at sallysings52@aol.com for arrangements. If you gave them all away already - that's fine too as my husband says I have enough snowmen.
