What was your inspiration?
For the first block, I incorportated blue/orange fabric that I purchased several years ago, but had never used in a quilt block. For the second block, I started with a left over block from a hegagon fabric soccor ball that I made for our first born grandson a few years ago. I do enjoy using up fabric I have on hand for these blocks.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Don't overthink it--just have fun putting together your scrapy quilt blocks.
