Thank you mpac5000 - I think I will do what you say and take my machine to the local store and get them to show me how to do the settings etc. Really don't wont to stuff the machine up. Thank you
Love these blocks too - you must have a great machine to put all the embroidery on your blocks. I must start and see how to use all the embroidery stitches on my machine - need to do some experimenting - you are inspiring me.
Beth, it took me a while to have the courage to use my embroidery machine to embroider. I got the manual out and did one step at a time. It is getting to be a challenge that is so much fun. I keep playing and giggling at the results. There were no classes for my machine but one of the teachers at a local quilt store, sat down and went over the basic stuff. I found there is a large learning curve with my embroidery machine. Love it. Good luck and post your results.
Your blocks are Beautiful. Colors, fabrics & the wonderful accents that you put on with your embroidery machine. What fun it is to see all the new creations. Thank you for sharing.
I love your colors and the fact that you are incorporating the embroidery machine work into the quilting. I am doing the same with my Christmas quilts.
Making two of each block with small differences (for each of my daughters). This is my first effort at quilting, so am really happy with them so far. I do enjoy following your work.
GramaBetty. thank you. I am just learning my embroidery machine. This has been a great opportunity to use my embroidery machine. I found that having my manual out and attempting to do something new every week or so has been a blessing. so much fun! Have fun with your machine.
sorry, Cards . Am constantly working on Christmas Card enclosures for this Christmas. Also make cute mug rugs for all of my friends for their birthdays. The machines are awsome!!! but I still enjoy quilting!!!!!

Thanks,Ttammie. I just placed them on the floor so I could get a picture. I was really surprised at how it looks with all the blocks together.. I can see how they will look when the quilt is finished. The scrappy blocks are not too much. I am so enjoying this class.
Thank you. This was the first time I saw the blocks laid out. I was happily surprised that although several of the blocks were grab and sew, they appear to coordinate. S much fun!
