Really nice. Is that a panel or fussy cut! I really like that fabric, it would be nice for a church project I need to do. Do you know who made it?

Hi wvlisa. Yes this is a fussy cut and it is a red rooster fabric from the line Heart and Soul by whimsical. Not sure if it is still available but if it isn't I'm sure you can find it somewhere on line. The coordinating fabrics to this line are all lovely as well. Check eBay as well.
