I can do the triangle bit without too much hassle, drawing down the middle and doing the seams each side and squaring them up, it's when you have to sew them all together that I find the trouble LOL

Yes mine was time consuming but I liked the freedom of it and I am not that keen on the trianges - it's that pesky scant quarter inch that gets me.

I guess you could make them bigger like in the 9-square patch blocks that used triangles. Then cut them down to size.

Thanks. The wonky one took forever though. I think I used thinner fabric strips.
