Are the instructions on youtube easy to follow? I've never seen a pattern there. Just curious, where is Shelby Twp in Michigan? I'm from Grand Rapids, and I was thinking of Shelbyville, but that's probably not correct. Love that quilt! I've been looking for a pattern like this and yours is the one!

I love your quilt, and great job on the border too, I did a border like that once and it was tricky figuring out what sizes to cut the fabric... well for me it was.. I'm mathmaticly challenged.. lol Could you tell me approximatly how big your quilt ended up being, before borders if possible, I've seen Jenny's tutorials and I loved this one, but kind of wondering what the final size ends up at. Thanks for your help

I would love to make a quilt, my Grandma who has passed away made all of us girls one. I have it in my closet because we have cats & I would have to wash it all the time to keep the hair off. I have also started a Precious Moments A B C panel quilt but don't get alot of time to work on it.

Love this! It would be perfect for an upcoming project. I saved all the dresses and short sets that my daughter's great grandmother made for her from the time she was a baby up to around 8 years old. She used old fabric that she had purchased years ago and some of the patterns are very interesting.
