Give the mask a enough time to dry properly before decorating I started the mask two weeks before the cake was due to be delivered.

Materials

Chocolate Cake torted with a chocolate butter cream flavoured with Kahlua. Fondant on the cake with a gumpast masquarade mask and royal icing piping.

The 3D Mask

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Allow plenty ot time for the mask to dry before adding decorative detail.
