Had it totally cleared, then topsoil added and basically just started planting each year, a little here, a ltitle there. What was your inspiration?
My hubby wanted to do something special for my 60th birthday. We had planned a trip to Maine with the family, but the more I thought about it, the more I wanted an oasis to come home to after work. I'm now retired and spend lots and lots of quality time among my plants.
What are you most proud of?
My husband for all the hard work he has put into this for me..... I love my garden, but I love him more.....
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Be very, very patient.....I'm learning patience.....And it's worth it every time something new blooms.
