What was your inspiration?
I wanted to create some adorable Mary Jane style slippers- this pattern was pretty simple, although it seemed as though there should be a left and a right foot with the design, although they were interchangeable.
What are you most proud of?
These came out adorable. I did a solid base, added a bow and even a flower on a different pair. I added spots of fabric puff paint to the bottoms of mine to create a skid proof base.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
The sizes are pretty spot on, although if you use a larger hook, go down a pattern size.
