An old Tee that had a hole in it and a Fat Quarter from my stash.
What was your inspiration?
My husband bought this tshirt for me the day that he graduated Marine Corps Boot Camp in Parris Island, SC. I have been hanging onto it for years even though it hasn't fit me since I became pregnant with out second child. I almost through it away, but then decided to make it into a tote! I wish I could have gotten more of the "I love my marine", but there was a big hole in it! But I still think it turned out pretty and now I can keep it forever!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Use a Light to Mid weight Fusible interfece on the tshirt. Jersy is such a pain.
