Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I full my cakes with whippedcream based fillings mousse, ganasche and for exampel lemoncurd or vanilla. Then I cover the cake with marengbuttercream. Im not fond of other buttercreams.

My cakes are made of egg, sugar, flour, potatoflour and bakingsoda so very fluffy
