When this pattern is done into an entire quilt, it alternates between a diamond or a X in the center. I decided to lay it out as the X for my single block.I also kept my color order consistent, but not the fabrics. In other words, there is a green at the same spot in each of the four blocks that join together, but it is a different print.

Just enjoy. The whole point of this block is that no points have to match and that you can use lots of different scraps. It goes together quickly.
