What materials did you use? Cotton batiks

What are you most proud of? I teach geometry so I used the Pythagorean theorem to make a 14-inch block for the pillow. That working plus Laura's drafting lesson have opened lots of possibilities. I am also proud that I finally got my seams to match.

Your combination of materials and colours are beautiful! I have a fondness for peacocks and can see the relationship. And I, too, teach mathematics so it is great to come across a kindred spirit!

I enjoyed your comment. I'm glad you can see the peacock. The quilt is for my 21-year-old daughter so I didn't think I should be too literal but I used a peacock feather to help me select colors. I think most mathematicians would enjoy quilting,

That is soooo pretty. I love the fabrics. I don't teach mathematics but I was attracted to quilting by the way the blocks tesselate...
