Learn It

This project was made as part of a Craftsy course:
Craftsy Block of the Month 2012 »

Instructions

Some clarifying of the marking the triangles would have been helpful - the instructions indicate to mark the line connecting the dots you have made, the video says both 1/2" and then 1/4".
The correct method is draw a line 1/4" from the markings.

Difficulty:

Category: Quilting

Type of item: Home Decor

For: Other

Style: Traditional

Materials

Stips of black and white cotton

What are you most proud of?

That even tho' I got a late start - I still finished March's block before April was here!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Both methods were great fun!

I'm waiting to see how you do your April BOM. I'm not sure I like mine in the black and white that I am doing.

I am not sure how I want to do them either, but my background is black, and don't really want just two major black blocks! Am pondering!!

Love your striking contrasts. B & W is one of my favorites to work with and I find it isn't always easy to put things together. Well done!

I agree with you about the conflicting instructions. It was odd nobody caught that before they were posted.
