this is what i would like to do with large blocks,but canot afford it,my husband is diabled,had many surgerys,.

You might find a Guild new you that you could join, you would be so surprised at the bargins you can find at their bargin tables (ours is called our Country Store) and I have picked up whole baggies full of blocks for $2.00 and made who quilts out of them

Large block, would make a wonderful block to use for a quick quilt, you would only need about 12 to make a nice size lap quilt, just a thought!
