What was your inspiration?
Orangutans are from SouthEast Asia... so when I saw this 100% recycled silk, handspun by women in Nepal and Indonesia... I knew it was the perfect fit!
What are you most proud of?
The color of this 'coffee' yarn is just the slightest bit reddish... perfect for an orang!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
The Mango Moon Dharma is thick and thin... play around with the hook size you need until you get stitches that the stuffing won't show through.
