What are you most proud of? Working from a fairly poor copy of something and having to make adjustments (such as the angle of the head and the hat). on

I am sure they will love it. What a nice thing to do.

My friends gave this to the mother of this lovely young lady. They are doing a benefit for her two little boys later this month. They had it framed and I haven't seen it. I had wanted to do some background stitching ... her name was "Azur" and I had hoped to incorporate some blues, but they wanted it with a plain background. Apparently the mother just loves it and is happy to have this remembrence.

What a wonderful thing to do - now the family has something unique to remember this young woman by. You've made a picture that will be treasured - and for the very best reasons!
