Malabrigo Super chunky Fine Merino 'Rasta' yarn

What was your inspiration?

Lovely traditional Celtic/Viking knotwork.

What are you most proud of?

The beautiful offset and mirrored knots. The thick gorgeous snuggliness...I didn't have much to do with that factor but it is amzingly soft and the color is incredible, everyone takes notice even if they don't comment.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Use the Malbrigo 'rasta' yarn it is expensive but well worth the $$ It doesnt pill or fray and you can frog and reknit many many times without its doing so --a rarity with single ply super bulkies!
Also Make a few sets of the 'anywhere buttons' that I include directions for, and add to the versatility! I Iuse three sets to button it into a tube for a giant oversized cowl and wear mine that way all winter--always getting comments and compliments!

Thank you, I do worry sometimes about the multi colors overwhelming the cables but this did seem to work together.
