What are you most proud of? Everything - especially not making sweet scrambled eggs out of the Eggwhites & Sugar

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Take out the butter 3-4 hrs ahead of time. Like Joshua said the butter needs to be so soft that you can push your finger in it.
