Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this piece. This picture was drawn with pencil then done in color pencil. Pen was also used in special areas. This #2 of magnolia was finished with a oil paint medium to smooth out and blend the colors.

Magnolia #2 is looking better and better. If you want to do another one, try intensifying the color with the blending pencil. Add another layer of color. Look for color in the shadows especially the shadows cast on the leave by the petals and in-between the petals. They change with the light.
