Kim I thank you so much for your comments and your pattern and inspiration. Now I have to admit that I cheated on some of the points, I paper pieced doe of the stars.

This IS very beautiful, and inspiring. The colors are wonderful, as well, all those different shades of purple, and the little touch of gold/yellow fabric gives it enough of a pop so the eye doesn't start to blend all the purple hues together. I really like this and think I may just take this class and try to create something as awesome as you have! Cheers, LadyMax!

I am so glad that you like this quilt. I love using purple, but I am working on a Farmers Wife quilt and hope this will use u all my purple. Enough is enough. I also think the purple and yellow batik adds something. You should go for Kim's course, I love the blocks of different sizes.
