This simple and lovely pattern, incorporating both front and back post dc, creates a great gender neutral design.Crocheted using medium worsted weight yarn of choice.
Sample used approx. 6 oz of each contrasting color and 12 oz of the main color. Uses crochet hook size G (4.0 mm) or similar.

What was your inspiration?
I designed this pattern for my sister-in-law who wanted to make something for a friend who was having a baby. I wrote the pattern down on a post-it-note and a year later she surprised me by sending one to me for my new baby girl. The blanket is her handiwork, but the pattern design (and the baby) are mine. :)
