What are you most proud of? I WAS most proud of the roundness of the teapot cake and the level of tilt that I achieved using Maria's techniques that I learned in the class. I guess I am also proud of the fact that I managed to put it all back together after the earthquakes destroyed this project. I couldn't bring myself to take photos of it lying broken all over the table. :(

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Take the amount of supports you think you need, and double it! Ok, it's not an everyday occurrence to experience a 6.6 magnitude earthquake followed by 12 severe and 8 strong aftershocks whilst trying to rebuild it, but I certainly learned that I need to think more about the engineering side of things (which as an engineer, is pretty embarrassing to have to admit!) Top tip? Shore up cracks in your fondant with royal icing!
