What was your inspiration?
All the beautiful quilts I've seen.
What are you most proud of?
My granddaughter, Macy, helped me pick out all the fabric. She asked if I could put on the date of her and Cody's first date, as well as their wedding date. I put each date inside each heart. The hearts, as well as the letters in their names, were made using hexigons, learned in the Block of the month class.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Have fun with it. Take your time. Don't stress!
