Instructions

These are mitts with strong, clean lines in a super-springy slipped rib that the men (and women!) on your gift list will love to wear. The pattern comes in two sizes with instructions for a plain or conch-shaped bind off.

Blue Sky Alpacas Alpaca Silk, 50% alpaca, 50% silk [146 yds/133 m, 1.76 oz/50 g skein], color #128 Plum: 1 skein

What was your inspiration?

I was inspired to design these by friend Michael! I wanted to make him something to keep his hands warm in NYC.

What are you most proud of?

I'm most proud that I un-vented the bind off!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

This is a great way to learn increasing in pattern!
