Instructions

This really challenged my organizational skills. Even though I followed Elizabeth's instructions, I still had moments of disarray.

Difficulty:

Category: Quilting

Type of item: Functional

For: Other

Style: Mod

Materials

Cotton Quilting Fabrics

What was your inspiration?

Elizabeth's beautiful quilt top, of course.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

I only had nine different grey fabrics but some fabrics look quite different on the wrong side. I was able to use two of them twice by just using the reverse side.

This is just the right combination of patterns and plains as well as your lovely colour choice. Did you choose the fabrics at the same time from the shame shop or did you need to shop-around?

Thanks! I already had some of the grays and then I shopped for the rest. And, like I said before - I was able to use the front and back of two of the fabrics and that really helped.
