What was your inspiration?
The block pattern was my inspiration. It made a very nice wedding gift without being the traditional Lover's Knot.
What are you most proud of?
Designing the intricate pattern and actually accomplishing the whole project. It was tuff. So many lines and seams to line up with all the pieces being about 1-1/2" I had to be very precise.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Upsize the block some so you aren't working with such small pieces. Otherwise take you time and don't be in a hurry.
