Working on finishing up the details to make this a pattern for sale. I am in love with it! Each one I make has such a different look because of different fabric/color choices - I love the endless options!

What was your inspiration?

I love the idea of mixing my skill (sewing) with other people's (my mom's crochet). I also really wanted to modernize and freshen the look of crocheted pieces, and do something new that is not already 'out there'.

What are you most proud of?

Fine-tuning the fabric pattern is a love of mine...great attention to detail is something I pride myself on.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Have fun - think outside the box when choosing fabrics. Remember the smaller the size, the smaller the color pattern should be on your fabric. Large prints don't show as well on small pieces!
