Materials

I used Caron Yarn on this beauty, I love Caron because of the texture, the extreme softness and the fluidness of this project. This dress Was my first and I love making it. Doing the Love Knot evenly was a challenge at time, At the End the result was amazing!

What was your inspiration?

I love creating Heirlooms dresses. I Love dresses that are unique and hard to come by, Since I only have 4 Boys, My niece was born and needless to say the rest was history!! What a lucky Girl! LOL

What are you most proud of?

My Crocheting! Its a gift I refuse to put down! :-)

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Don't Give up!!! Ever! Practice, practice, practice!!! Don't give yourself limitation, but achievement! we are all in the same picture but with different poses! Never compare your work to no one else, we are unique in our own way! Happy Crocheting!

I got this pattern from www.CrochetGarden.com. This site is wonderful and easy to read patterns! Once you get the hang of it, then you can get pretty creative! hope you find the site. This pattern is the Love Knot Symphony! pics does no justice!

I'm so happy you selected that beautiful pattern, its all the worth. No that wasn't a blanket under the doll, that was the same dress spread out. Now you see why this is one of my favorite dresses. it takes Awsome pics for a Photo shoot. I have seen blankets made from this stitch on various site, if you just get the basic and alittle alteration I'm sure you can make one. ;-)

I love this. Thanks for helping me select my next project. I have bought the pattern but there is no blanket. I see in your picture that the planket uses the love knot, was it hard to use the same pattern for a blanket?
