What was your inspiration?
It all started with learning how to make a y-seam star and now I'm hooked! Joel Dewberry's fabric "Notting Hill" was also a huge inspiration.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
I can't say this enough, starch, starch, starch your fabrics BEFORE cutting your pieces. It will make your life easier! Take your time and cut as accurately as humanly possible, you'll be much happier with your results.
