What was your inspiration?
My son loves animals and I wanted to make him a lion.
What are you most proud of?
I developed my own way to do intarsia in the round (unvented) and I learned how to do the loop stitch.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Don't be frightened by new techniques, the pattern has instructions for intarsia in the round or knitting flat, I think the intarsia gives the most professional finish.
