Oh, Dear! If you scroll down the page, you will find the instructions in English. You have to work in the round on the loom. Finish work when piece measures 40 cm. Fasten off as described in the instructions for the loom. Fold the cowl so that it will have a double layer and its height will measure 20 cm.

Although I translated the directions from hungarian to english, I still don't get how to make this on a loom. Did someone figure it out?
