What materials did you use? Batik, embroidery floss, yarn, cord, black fabric, assorted thread. Sewing machine feet: couching, 1/4 inch, walking, wide-based open foot, cotton batting, interfacing

What are you most proud of? Adding the tree silhouette. It highlights the sun setting.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? I chose a heavy decorative stitch for a row of metallic thread - it is too much for the project. My advise would be to go lightly on the metallic thread.

Thank you. Last night I finished the border (black) and added grey-green hand stitching on the tree. It added another dimension.
