I added long sleeves onto the original cap sleeves. Picked up in back loops of bind-off to leave a ridge, then stockinette with k2p2 ribbing for cuffs. The thick cotton was too warm here except in winter, & then needed long sleeves for balanced warmth.

The "recipe" is in The Perfect Fit Seamless Crazy Lace Cardigan course by Myra Wood from Craftsy. All these lace patterns I used are provided, or you can chose others. You design it as you go. Very fun!

This is beautiful. Can you tell me how you did the neck band? It looks like you added it after the sweater was complete, like the bolero, right? But it doesn't look like seed stitch.

My notes say it's the crochet button band from the Ingerlise sweater in the Crazy Lace Cardigan course--Myra gives the pattern. I changed it to hmmm...I wrote: Rows 1--4 & 5 only, not repeating 3--5. I guess that will make sense when you look at Myra's instructions. It's been so long since I made it I don't remember exactly what I did, but the Ingerlise pattern has it.

Thanks! It's too hot to wear it here now, but I'll be going to the Oregon coast & it will be perfect.
