What advice would you give someone starting this project?
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE LOTS OF DIFFERENT HOOPS. LARGE ONES ALL DIFFERENT SHAPES AND SIZES. ANY WOULD LOOK GOOD. JUST A BIG MIXTURE.
