What was your inspiration?

I love the idea of handknit heirlooms for babies... this one is so usable... a snuggle sack to keep your babe swaddled and protected in the first few months of life.

What are you most proud of?

The photography... knitting and designing the pod and cap were simple. What was challenging was waiting for the baby to be born and old enough for his mama to let me take pics of him!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

GO FOR IT! It is super easy and the sweetest shower gift you can give!

This is so cute and perfect for mothers who swaddle their babies and want to keep them warmer than a receiving blanket. You make me want to create one on the knitting machine.
