I drew on both sides of my 3 inch wave ruler. I crisis crossed both ways.. It was a lot of work as I didn't like it before I did the machine embroidery . Once started I had to keep going. Maybe.not so many lines next time.Difficulty:

What was your inspiration?
Carol Ann's lovely work. I used what material I had at home. Next time I will use some patterned material like Carol
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Maybe work every 2nd wave.
