I used a beautiful dark red cotton which I was given. It didn't have a label so I can't specify details.

What was your inspiration?

I really wanted to make a hat for m best friends little girl for Christmas. This was by far the nicest hat pattern I found. The little girl and her mum love the result.

What are you most proud of?

I'm most proud of hoe professional the hat turned out and of how much the recipient loved it.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

I thought that the hat would be way to complex for me as I'm somewhat of a beginner to crochet but it was surprisingly easy so I would just say have a go, even if you think it looks difficult.
