unspun feltable fiber; scrap piece of yarn consisting of mostly felt able fibers; old pantyhose (to tie off the globs of fiber wrapped with yarn and then toss into washing machine for fleeting with hot water and detergent)

yarn scraps cooing to be made into something pretty

using scraps that otherwise would be thrown away into something attractive and no-cost (other than the electricity and water for felting in the washing machine)
