What was your inspiration?
I wanted to create a cushion to match my 'Little Boy's transport quilt'. I used different types of material to create the central picture. I used appliqu to achieve my design. I decided I wanted to have hills in the background and I found a use for my big yellow button as the sun.
What are you most proud of?
I just love the way it all turned out. I love how the image in my head matched the finished product!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Just go for it, have fun.
