What was your inspiration?

Susan Khaljies Couture Dress Class and her Little Black Dress article for Threads magazine.

What are you most proud of?

I am proud of the fact that my daughter loved the dress and I got many complements on it.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

All of your efforts will pay off in a magnificent dress. This class will change your approach to much of your sewing and cause you to fall in love with hand stitching.

Not fair your model (beautiful daughter) would look fabulous in potato sack. Laughs :-) What a beautiful LBD. Yes Susan really can make a person re-think what is sewing? Why we sew and most of all what results do we want to achieve with our fabric. Whats next?
