What advice would you give someone starting this project? Jump on in, Sew Kind of Wonderful patterns are clear and easy to follow plus they have some youtube videos to show you cutting & sewing techniques.... no pins needed for the curves too! Just brilliant!

Stunning! I need to look into these patterns.

Shucks, thanks Desna... amazing what a difference some curves make eh? And this ruler makes it so easy... I kid you not! Make sure you check out their blog too for their QAL blocks that mcclifford has made... oh and have you seen Darns BOM for this month, she's made a variation of it using this ruler! I know you'll have fun with it... can't wait to see! Am most definitely watching... and waiting ;-)

OMG!!! This is fantastic!! Will you make one for me? Please?? Love the corners and border. Where did you find such adorable fabric - would love to get some :D

Thanks Jean! Aaaaw shucks! Yes the border fabric is so cool, isn't it just! I got it from Hancocks of Paducah last Christmas when it was on special (an absolute bargain too I might add!)... it's long gone now sorry :-( Must make a start on the quilting of this one soon if it's to be ready for a Christmas pressie!
