What are you most proud of? First, finding sharock fabric that was a cool enough green not to clash with their bedroom-2nd figuring a way to use the shamrock template i had for hand quilting to work in the open section- pretty happy with that and a big thank you to my friend, Dallas, who designed the border template several years ago for another quilt, im really happy with the way that turned out!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? just be sure your blocks are cleaned up & similar in size, makes putting the quilt together much easier!!

This quilt is beautiful. The fabrics that you chose & the colors are perfect. Your wonderful hand quilting WONDERFUL. One problem ... you didn't show us the back of the quilt. :-) Thank you so much for sharing.

Thank you! once i found a color that went with their room, i decided to make it the focal point, then went light & dark in the chain, the hand quilting is always my favorite part!
