What was your inspiration?
The Bon Bon range is inspired by the sweet and sometimes violent color combinations found in flowers and candy. Bringing vibrant colors found in nature into the home and apparel stimulates in me an emotional response and soothing connection to the earth. Where sometimes in our modern world emotional dressing is not celebrated we can return to our "true colors" at home.
What are you most proud of?
again, the tutorials and the instructions were a lot of work but worth it!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
make sure you're using a good four thread serger, a cheap serger will be a source of frustration. Have fun and try it in different fabric/color combinations.
