What materials did you use? FMQ using "So Fine" 50 wt. thread by Superior Threads on a cotton fabric with Warm and Natural Batting. This project was supposed to be done using a 60 wt thread like "Bottom Line", but I don't have any (yet).

What are you most proud of? I didn't skip actually DOING my homework! Added 3-9-2013: I went ahead and embellished this piece with a pink iridescent Shiva Paintstik, added binding and will be sending it off as a donation to AAQI .

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Have fun with it.

this is such beautiful art work. Cindy Needham has got to be one of the best quilt teachers out there. I feel so fortunate to be able to have her teach me basically one on one and have all her years of knowledge at my disposal. To get feedback and encouragement directly from her is beyond belief, especially at such a great price. I am one of Craftsy's biggest fans. I tell anyone who i think would be interested about this wonderful site. Has to be the best website on the Internet. I'm not exaggerating either. Thanks Cindy, and Craftsy!!!
